Comprised of a mix of 17 faculty, staff, students and community leaders, the organization's Board of Directors are committed to supporting Cal State LA and its educational mission.

The Executive Office works directly with the Executive Committee, the VP of Admin & Finance, and the Board of Directors to lead the overall management of the Cal State LA University Auxiliary Services Inc.
