BUSINESS & FINANCIAL SERVICES
UAS Business and Finance services provide professional financial services and programs in support of the corporation and the university community. The Business and Financial service comprises several functions, including; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, purchase requisitions, Business Services, financial reporting, and General Accounting. The department works on monitoring and reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state statutes.

Accounts payable provides timely and accurate disbursement for provided services and supplies, while ensuring compliance with federal and statutory regulations
Accounts Receivable provides billing services, monitor collections, and review deposits to ensure accurate review recognition
General Accounting is responsible for the entities accounting activities including internal department transfers, review accounting treatment for transactions, and conduct internal audit process.
